Last week my friend Lisa came over and gave some lessons on canning. We canned 20 quarts of applesauce, approximately 40 pints of salsa and around 10 pints of diced tomates. They should taste very yummy this winter. The above pictures are just a portion of the finale project. Hopefully Lisa will agree to give me another lesson next year. Thanks Lisa!!!
