(Yes, I'm skipping days again- day six and seven were quite and spent visiting with family.)
On day eight we went to Hill Air Force Base with some of my family.
Fighter Jet at the entrance of the Base.
My nephew-B.B., my niece K.B., my boys J.D. and K.J. posing infront of a jet on the base.
Another plane!
The boys checking out the underside of one of the planes!
A military uniform.
The boys dressed in flight suits in the kids section of the museum!
K.J. and Little Mr. B. in the cockpit ready to fly!
K.J. posses in his flight suit - look out world!!!
Maybe these goggles fit better this way?!?!?
J.D. in his flight suite! Handsome in his uniform!!!
J.D. and Miss K in the cockpit - Miss K didn't go for the Uniforms - she's good as is!
A "Lady never goes anywhere without her purse - one must always be prepared!!!:)
This is a ball gown made out of a retired parachute - things where in short supply during the war - including material for gowns.
There was lots to see and do at the base - we had a lot of fun-and I think the boys would go back again!!!
